We are all in the same boat on this one, each of us has a family, parents, children and grandchildren and our first and foremost obligation and care goes to them.
Recently we have received an update from Joseph Ribkoff Headquaters that they will suspend their operations as of March 23, 2020 5 PM EST at least until April 12, 2020. (If this changes, we'll update it here)
Where does that leave us and how will you be impacted by this?
While we carry the largest selection online, we might be missing certain styles, size/color/print from our inventory. In such a case we won't be able to fulfill your order and a full refund will be issued.
Will there be any shipping delays?
We are all living in a very fast evolving situation and decisions are made by the hour.
Based on the current situation we will not be shipping any orders out as of March 24, 2020.

Will you be accepting returns?
Unfortunately, our office will have to shutdown completely due to governement law as we are considered to be non-essential business.
We will extend the grace period for returns starting March 23, 2020 for those customers that placed an orders as of March 17,2020.
Please put all returns and exchanges on hold until we resume our regular daily operations.
